Terms and Conditions

Payment is due with order - either by credit card or cheque (payable to LIBIDEX LTD). We will not commence work on an order before receipt of payment.

During busy sale periods, orders may take up to 8 weeks to complete. Insured Postage and packing cost will be added to all orders at the appropriate rate, unless otherwise requested.

Please ask about our ‘Rapid Order’ service – if you need it urgently, we can usually help!

Important notice: For international orders the ‘Rapid Order’ time is valid once we have made your bank credit card, billing and shipping address checks. This can take up to 72 hours, so please bear this in mind when placing a ‘Rapid Order’. Once all checks are complete your order will then be processed.

All images, designs and other material shown on this website are the copyright of Libidex Ltd., and may not be copied, reproduced or used in any way whatsoever without the permission of Libidex. We will not hesitate to prosecute anyone who makes use of copyright material without our permission.

LIABILITY

While we make every effort to ensure that the information on this site is accurate and up to date, we cannot accept responsibility for any consequential loss or damage caused by errors on the site.

We would of course appreciate it if you let us know about any mistakes you happen to spot!


RETURNS AND REFUNDS

If the garments you have ordered suffer from manufacturing defects or are not what you ordered, we will replace them free of charge, provide a credit note for goods to the same value, or refund your money. We cannot offer cash refunds on garments in any other circumstances, but may at our discretion offer an exchange or credit note.

Manufacturing defects will be rectified at our own cost. We cannot be held responsible for damage caused by misuse or poor care of garments. Click here for advice on care of latex

If you wish to exchange garments, of if there are any faults with your order, you must notify us in writing or by e-mail / fax and return the garments to us within 7 days with proof of date of despatch. We strongly advise you to use Registered Post or Signed-For Delivery or equivalent, as we cannot exchange your garments if they get lost in the post. If a garment is the wrong size, we will replace it with one of a different size free of charge. We will also carry out minor alterations to garments for a small fee.

Please note that garments must be returned in an unused and unworn condition (apart from wearing the garment to try it on). We will NOT accept returned garments that have clearly been worn for a period of time, or have been altered or treated by the customer in any way (for example by chlorination or the use of non-recommended cleaning agents).

Important note: when returning goods from outside the EU, please indicate clearly on your customs declaration that the goods are being returned for repair or refund / exchange, otherwise duty may be payable. Goods with incorrect customs declarations will not be accepted by us and will be returned to the sender.


CANCELLATION OF ORDERS

If you wish to cancel an order you must do so within 7 days of placing it. Cancellations are subject to a 20% administration charge for standard items.
