Under normal circumstances we complete orders in 3-4 weeks (5-6 weeks for
Raw Rubber orders). During busy periods (for example during sales) orders
may take up to six weeks. If for any reason there is a delay to your
order, we will let you know. We do have an Express Delivery Service if you need something in a hurry - Click here!

Our delivery charges are based on insured Royal Mail special delivery, and reflect the size, weight, value and destination of the consignment. Please note that when consignments are delivered in the UK, they have to be signed for. If you need delivery at a specific time, please let us know.
If you wish us to use a courier service, we will send your order by our own couriers - at extra cost. We cannot take responsibility for failure of delivery or damage to goods in transit due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Please note that we do not arrange delivery on customers’ behalf using customers’ own courier accounts. If you wish to use your own courier, you must arrange collection and delivery directly with them yourself. |

If you do need your order in a hurry, please add the Express Delivery to your order. We will confirm availability of the service once we receive your order.
If you need something in a hurry, we can express your order for you.
Just select the Express Delivery Service option at the CheckOut. Our Express Delivery options are as follows:
Silver Express - 25% Extra - Despatched within 6 working days.
Gold Express - 35% Extra - Despatched within 3 working days.
Platinum Express - 45% Extra - Despatched the next working day.
Despatch times will be calculated from the day of receipt provided they are placed and paid for in full* on that day by 2.00pm UK time. E.g. if you place your Platinum Express order before 2.00pm on Monday, then it will be despatched from our workshop on Tuesday (the next day). If we receive it after 2.00pm on Monday, then despatch time will be calculated from the next day (Tuesday) and the order will be despatched on Wednesday. But if in doubt please call us - we may be able to make an exception!
*We always verify credit card payments before accepting orders. Please note that, in some circumstances, this can take up to 72 hours, especially for overseas cards.
Please note that the above services are subject to availability, and that we undertake only to despatch (but not deliver) goods within the time specified. We cannot be held responsible for delays in delivery caused by circumstances beyond our control. |
